Q. After I purchase a paid package, how soon will I get access to the information?

A. After payment has been successfully completed, you will gain instant access to the membership area of Ultra Sports. All you have to do is login with your username and password and a new “Members” link on the top menu will appear. The member’s area will show you the selections you have paid for when they become available.

Q. Do you offer email service for your selections?

A. Yes! As a member of any level, including free membership, you will be given the option of signing up for our automated mailing list. When your sign up or purchase has been completed, you will be sent an automatic email which lets you opt-in and confirm you want to receive emails from us. Once we receive your confirmation, you will receive all of your selections via email the moment they are released. No need to keep checking our website for when the selection is posted. As long as you have email access available, you can receive your selections.

Q. What forms of payments do you accept?

A. All payments are made via PayPal. You have the option of using your existing PayPal account, signing up for a new PayPal account, or making a payment without a PayPal account. The choice is up to you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Additional payment methods may be shown in the PayPal checkout. All payments are made to Ultra Sports.

Q. Can I purchase more than one package at a time?

A. Yes, you can purchase multiple packages at one time in any combination.

Q. If I sign up for a free membership, what are your policies on use of my information?

A. The information you provide to sign up for a free membership is not distributed to any other companies for use, except for the email service we use to facilitate the program. We never sell or give away any of your info. Period. We also don’t spam you with third-party ads of any kind. We just send you the info we promised you such as complimentary selections. We only use a double-opt-in email program which means you have to say “yes” to receive this information not once, but twice. This ensures that our email will not be considered spam and we have your authorization to send you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
